The Service costs £120 per month.

Billing is recurring on a month-to-month basis.

Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle.

3. Contract Term

Your subscription is month-to-month.

You may cancel at any time; no long-term commitment is required.

Upon cancellation, your access to the Service continues until the end of the paid month.

4. Cancellation

To cancel, contact us at growlocalengine.com with the subject line CANCELLING.

No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for account setup and billing.

You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grow Local Engine provides services “as is”.

We do not guarantee business growth, revenue, or profits.

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service.

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
